On September 1, 2026, the Turan Lyceum school was once again filled with joy, smiles, and pleasant excitement. After the summer holidays, students reunited with their friends and teachers.
A ceremonial assembly marking Knowledge Day and the start of the new academic year took place on this day, bringing together all lyceum students, from first-graders to eleventh-graders. In this 30th-anniversary year of the lyceum, it was especially symbolic to see those just starting their school journey alongside those preparing to step into adulthood.
Following a warm tradition, founders and leaders of the Turan Educational Corporation attended to congratulate the students. Rahman Alshanovich Alshanov—President of the Turan Educational Corporation, Rector of Turan University, Doctor of Economic Sciences, and Professor—delivered a congratulatory address.
Performances by the vocal ensemble “Happy Childhood” and the dance studio “Ruzzle Duzzle,” both multi-time international contest winners, added to the festive atmosphere. A standout moment was the presentation of the “Best Physical Culture Worker” medal to Lyudmila Nikolaevna Urazova, honoring her 27 years of dedication to the school and her vast contributions to sports and youth development.

The defining symbol of the celebration was the first bell, rung together by 11th-grader Ilya Nikolaev and 1st-grader Violeta Zvorykina, embodying the continuity of tradition and new beginnings. The assembly concluded with a joint celebratory flashmob featuring both students and teachers.
