Currently 75 pedagogical specialists work at «Lyceum «Turan». Among them are 54 subject teachers, 4 teacher-psychologists, 10 educators, 6 teachers of additional education. 97.3 per cent of teachers with HBO (professional education) and 2.7 per cent with MBO (intermediate professional education). 79.6 per cent of teachers are at the highest levels of their profession.
When transferring a student from another educational organization, parents (legal representatives) must provide the following documents:
– Application addressed to the director.
– Copy of birth certificate or identity card.
– Copies of the identity card of the parents (legal representatives).
– Report cards for all grades and current grades for a quarter (if not completed).
– Certificate of completion of the 9th class of the application with grades (originals) – for entering the 10th and 11th classes.
– Certificate of departure.
For foreign citizens:
– Residence permit or passport of a stateless person.
In the absence of these documents, a PERMIT to Engage Foreign Employees in the Republic of Kazakhstan must be submitted.
Students of grades 0-6 are in school from 8.00-17.00, grades 7-11 until 15.20. The sports section and dance studio are open until 19.00.

Yes. By prior appointment the student will be tested in maths and Russian. A psychologist and a speech therapist are also obligatory to consult your child.
The tuition fees and the procedure for granting discounts are regulated by the “Tuition Fee Regulations of the “Turan Lyceum” School of the “Turan University” institution.
The school provides daily hot meals: breakfasts, lunches and afternoons. The administration of the canteen is guided by the main legal acts and documents.
The issue of school uniforms is resolved unequivocally positively in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the school.

We do not recommend bringing a mobile phone into the school – the temptation to make the slightest phone call or play an electronic game in class is great.
Yes. Beginning with the 4th grade, the course of spoken English is taught by a native speaker with a special education. We invite a teacher from England.
These will depend on the program of each course developed by our teachers. Students in grades 2-6 perform written tasks in self-study classes.
The student can fill gaps in knowledge in remedial classes.
The school provides several areas of additional education. These include specialised in-depth courses related to the school’s training areas, sports classes based on the school’s sports infrastructure, and a variety of intellectual and general cultural activities.
Yes, we regularly organize travel events in our educational and health complex «Tau-Turan», which is located in Talgar district Gorge «Bel-Bulak», we also practice various excursions, trips to the vicinity of Almaty and abroad.
During the autumn, winter and spring holidays there is a Holiday Camp project for students in grades 0-4. At the end of May the school runs a summer camp called “Rainbow”. Students in grades 0-5 have a rest period in the camp.
