Educational model of Turan Lyceum

Study of subject areas based on state compulsory education standards (CES). In-depth study of individual subjects – due to elective courses (including on the basis of the correspondence school of the specialized educational and scientific center of the Novosibirsk State University), subject clubs and circles, as well as individual lessons at the School of the Olympic Reserve. Knowledge gaps are filled in individual correction lessons.

Developed on the basis of acquired knowledge and through a system of exercises. The subject of the educational process is both Hard skills and Soft skills – universal skills: communication, corporation, creativity, critical thinking. The core of the skill set includes existential (self-skills) and meta-skills. The school pays special attention to the education of such self-skills as willpower, dedication, self-reflection, awareness, curiosity, resilience, the ability to make choices, flexibility, kindness, the ability to plan your life, internal motivation, the ability to take care of yourself and your loved ones.

The acquired knowledge, skills and abilities through practical experience (OAP) are developed in competence, readiness for effective action in a variable environment. Students are engaged in project activities, including on the basis of the scientific and entrepreneurial society of lyceum students (NPOL), participate in projects-actions, extracurricular activities.
